Over the past two years, neutral and litigation consultant services work only:

(i)  mediator for about fifty matters;

(ii)  panel member for seven arbitrations;

(iii)  work as special master (with scheduling, discovery, and substantive issue responsibilities) in a substantial insurance coverage lawsuit involving more than forty parties, close to one hundred lawyers, and complex questions of first impression regarding asbestos coverage issues and over 9,000 underlying asbestos-related personal injury cases;

(iv)  argued as advocate counsel and participated in theme and presentation critiques in mock Texas Supreme Court argument exercises;

(v)  and several expert witness assignments regarding legal professional responsibility and attorneys fee issues.
